Experiences Come Full Circle
When I look back over the course of my life, all the pieces converge into designing and developing eLearning :
My 7th grade English teacher saw an inquisitiveness and talent for writing before I did. She asked me to be on the newspaper staff, setting me on my career path.
Interviewing, scriptwriting, and producing skills from my broadcasting days.
My inclusive style of designing cross-cultural learning (ILT/vILT) during my time in nonprofit work.
I value and respect the voices and perspectives of those around me. It’s a treat when I get to work with SMEs from other cultures and get to experience a taste of their cultural norms. Altogether, this gives me a well-rounded skillset as an instructional designer and learning architect.
